Butter, unsalted

Orange, juice and zest

Bourbon, use a good one!

Directions

Heat the brown sugar and butter, until the sugar is dissolved. Add the orange juice and zest, and blend well. Add the bourbon, blend, bring to a simmer and remove from the fire.
